Your Big Day: What to expect?
🚀 Welcome & Check-In
To ensure a smooth start to your celebration, the group leader should check in at the Admissions desk 15 minutes before the party begins. Please have your entire crew gathered outside Admissions, ready for your Party Host to lead you to the fun!
🎉 Private Party Room
We offer three unique cosmic stations for your celebration: Mars Station, Titan Outpost, and Neptune Base. Depending on the number of children in your group, we will provide the room of the appropriate size to make your party comfortable and unforgettable. 🌌✨
Playtime
Enjoy all the areas of our space center, battling aliens, running around the spaceport, and much more, until your hour in the party room. Typically, the party lasts 2-3 hours.

The max number of guests you may bring is based on the number of children you originally
book for. If you need to make any adjustments, please let us know and we will try our best to
accommodate you.
Room Sizes:
● Neptune Room and Titan Room each accommodate up to 17 children (parents not
included in this count). If you book a party for 10 children, you will automatically be
placed in one of these rooms.
● Mars Room is our largest space and can accommodate up to 25 children. To book the
Mars Room, you MUST have a minimum of 18 children at the time of booking. Please
note that you cannot upgrade from a 10-child booking to the 25-child room last minute
under any circumstance.
🎉 You are welcome to bring your own food for birthday celebrations — just a few important notes:
• Please avoid liquid dishes (soups, sauces, etc.) and ensure that no items contain nuts.
• It is the responsibility of the parents to check with their guests about any food allergies.
• Keep in mind the time limit for your use of the party room when planning food setup and cleanup.
• We recommend easy-to-serve, kid-friendly options to ensure a smooth and fun experience for everyone!
🚫 No food is allowed in the main play areas.

Parents enter free of charge; however, seating is limited. We strongly recommend keeping the
number of adults close to the number of children attending. There is a limit of one adult per
child. Any additional adults beyond this ratio will require an admission fee, with no exceptions.
Please plan accordingly to ensure all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable celebration!
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled party time.
- Late arrivals will still need to conclude within the allotted time.
- Party hosts will escort late guests to the party room, but delays may occur.
- Bring a printed or digital copy of your booking confirmation.
- Your nuts free food is permitted. Also, please, make sure that your guests don’t have extra allergies.
- Yes, but there must be one adult for every five children.
- Arrange for pick-up at the entrance of the attraction.
- Full refund if canceled two weeks or more before the party date.
- Rescheduling is available for cancellations made within two weeks (subject to availability).
- No refund or rescheduling for cancellations within 24 hours of the party.
Feel free to bring themed plates, napkins, and décor for the party room.
Yes, we do. Our host will be happy to place your cake in the fridge. If you have an ice-cream cake, we can keep it in the freezer for you.
Please send the RSVP link to your guests ahead of time to ensure a smooth check-in experience. You will receive a customized RSVP link where guests can indicate whether they are attending and complete the waiver in advance, helping make check-in faster and easier for everyone.
If you need to adjust the number of children attending, please notify us at least one week in advance. Please do not send out more RSVPs than the number of children you have booked for.
Please note the following limits:
● If you originally booked for 10 children, the maximum you can add is 7, for a total of 17 children.
● If you booked the Mars Room with the required minimum of 18 children, you may add up to 7 more, for a maximum of 25 children.
You may arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled party room time to begin setting up. This allows our team to ensure the room is cleaned, prepared, and ready for your use. Please note that additional early access is not permitted to ensure all parties receive the same quality of service.
If you need help during set-up, your party host will be available to assist once your room time officially begins.Please advise your guests to arrive at the start of your scheduled party time or any time after, but not before. Guests will not be permitted to enter the party area until the party host has arrived and the room is ready.
