Your Big Day: What to expect?
🚀 Welcome & Check-In
To ensure a smooth start to your celebration, the group leader should check in at the Admissions desk 15 minutes before the party begins. Please have your entire crew gathered outside Admissions, ready for your Party Host to lead you to the fun!
🎉 Private Party Room
Enjoy one hour in our exclusive Birthday Party Room, where drinks and snacks are provided for your guests. We’ll have plates and utensils ready, and if you’d like to bring your own birthday cake, feel free to do so!
Playtime
Enjoy all the areas of our space center, battling aliens, running around the spaceport, and much more, until your hour in the party room. Typically, the party lasts 2-3 hours.

🚀 Our party rooms are designed for fun and comfort, but there are space limits to keep in mind:
• Party rooms can seat up to 16 people (children and adults combined).
• One of our rooms can accommodate up to 25 people — ask us for availability.
• You may bring up to 10 children as part of the included party package.
• Each additional child beyond the first 10 is $36 or $46, depending on the party package.
• Parents enter for free, but please note that total seating is limited — we recommend ensuring the number of adults doesn’t exceed the number of children.

🎉 You are welcome to bring your own food for birthday celebrations — just a few important notes:
• Please avoid liquid dishes (soups, sauces, etc.) and ensure that no items contain nuts.
• It is the responsibility of the parents to check with their guests about any food allergies.
• Keep in mind the time limit for your use of the party room when planning food setup and cleanup.
• We recommend easy-to-serve, kid-friendly options to ensure a smooth and fun experience for everyone!
🚫 No food is allowed in the main play areas.

👨👩👧👦 No, adults do not need a ticket to attend the party.
However, please keep in mind:
• Our party rooms have limited seating (up to 14 people in standard rooms and 25 in the largest room).
• While adults are welcome, not everyone may have a seat during the celebration.
• We recommend planning ahead and keeping this in mind when inviting guests.
🎈 Tip: Parents are encouraged to join the fun, but the focus remains on the kids’ experience!
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled party time.
- Late arrivals will still need to conclude within the allotted time.
- Party hosts will escort late guests to the party room, but delays may occur.
- Bring a printed or digital copy of your booking confirmation.
- Cakes or cupcakes are permitted; no other outside food or drinks.
- Yes, but there must be one adult for every five children.
- Arrange for pick-up at the entrance of the attraction.
- Full refund if canceled two weeks or more before the party date.
- Rescheduling is available for cancellations made within two weeks (subject to availability).
- No refund or rescheduling for cancellations within 24 hours of the party.
Feel free to bring themed plates, napkins, and décor for the party room.
