We’re committed to a clean, safe, and joyful “Explore & Play” experience for every family.
General Safety
• Shoes are strictly prohibited anywhere in the play areas. Socks are required for everyone—children and adults. Children must wear non-slip (grip) socks; adults may wear regular socks.
• Our structures and exhibits are installed to safety standards and inspected regularly.
• Please walk—no running on stairs, and parents should closely assist children on steps and elevated walkways.
Cleanliness & Hygiene
• Twice-daily disinfection: we sanitize equipment at open and at close every day.
• Throughout the day: touch-points and high-traffic zones are cleaned on a rolling schedule; ventilation and indoor climate are monitored.
• Weekly service day: Mondays (closed to the public) we perform deep cleaning, safety checks, and preventative maintenance of exhibits and structures—including ball-pit ball washing and full facility checks.
• Monthly carpet care: we perform a professional deep clean of all carpets to reduce dust and allergy triggers.
• Hand-sanitizer stations are available throughout the center. We use child-safe cleaning products.
Supervision & House Rules
• Active adult supervision is required for all children, regardless of age. Our team also supports floor safety and guest guidance at all times.
• Socks are mandatory (children: non-slip; adults: regular). No bare feet. No street shoes anywhere past the gate.
• No glass, alcohol, sharp objects, or hazardous items.
• No hot liquids (e.g., soups, freshly boiled beverages) during parties—hot spills can cause burns.
Health
• If your child is unwell (fever, cough, contagious symptoms), please visit another day.
• All party food brought into the center must be nut-free. Hosts should check with guests about additional allergies (e.g., chocolate/cocoa, citrus, dairy, eggs, gluten).
• Our team is trained in basic first aid and a first-aid kit is on site.
• Please encourage children to wash hands after restroom use and use sanitizer during play.
Staff Training & Standards
• Floor staff (“Mission Supervisors”) are scheduled in all zones to support safety, guest flow, and friendly reminders.
• We invest in ongoing training on child engagement, de-escalation, and safety briefings, and we are actively expanding certifications across our team.
Food Storage (Parties)
• We provide fridge and freezer space for cakes during your booking. Our host will place your cake in the fridge; ice-cream cakes can be kept in the freezer.
